Health Bar Team Member - St David's

Summary of Experience
Good Cup Cart is looking for a dynamic people who have experience in a high-volume service environment. We’re looking for someone who has a strong interest in nutritional smoothies and health shakes.

Our Team Members are key individuals for our smoothie bar. As a Team Member you are challenged with the task of making the perfect smoothie or health shake - the right amount of fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, and all natural ingredients blended together for one customer at a time. Not only will you educate the guest about our smoothies and shakes, but also the health benefits associated with each dynamic recipe in their quest to live a better life. As a Team Member, you will be
cross-trained in all stations within our store.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Ability to work quickly while delivering an amazing guest experience
  • Knowledge of each health shake/smoothie recipe and the ingredients included
  • Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Clean and maintain a safe and secure food environment
  • Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image
  • Promote brand at various events, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and products as needed.
  • Provides quality products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and preparation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitization guidelines for all products.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, and/or holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and procedures including providing quality products, cash handling and store safety.
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
  • Prepare products to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as substituted ingredients.
  • Positive attitude
  • Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of health industry preferred
  • Passion for organic foods/smoothies/juices
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to read and write in English
